I was in charge of managing, producing and overseeing another instructional designer for the manufacturing and construction vertical. This involved prioritising customer content requests as well as researching common safety incidents and trends. The image below shows an example of a course I designed and developed on the topic of Basic Rigging. It involved researching best practices and safety legislation from our primary target markets: the UK, US and Australia. Due a short turnaround time frame, I chose to work with vector imagery which I altered and animated them to convey the key concepts.
