•Managed content prioritisation based on customer demand and industry safety trends.
•Mentored and oversaw two other instructional designers.
•Designed and developed high-risk safety modules aligned to the US and Australian Work Health & Safety (WH&S) standards.
Design Approach
To meet rapid delivery timelines, I created vector-based animations to communicate safety-critical information efficiently. As construction safety imagery is niche category on stock photo sites, quite often the they don't meet the high WH&S standards of the US and Australia.
