NSW Health operates across 220+ facilities statewide. Operational inconsistencies across Local Health Districts (LHDs) resulted in recruitment system errors, increased help desk demand and delays in candidate processing.

My Role
I led the end-to-end design and delivery of a 28-module microlearning suite (including 27 instructional videos), aligned to state-mandated processes and accessibility standards.

•Re-engineered a complex process map into a visually coded system clarifying role, responsibilities and decision points.
•Designed inclusive visual characters reflecting workforce diversity.
•Embedded infographics to reduce cognitive load and clarify task sequencing.
•Built a comprehensive Module Reference Guide to ensure consistency across ADDIE lifecycle and future updates.
•Designed for brevity, accessibility and LMS optimistation (SCORM 1.2 compliant)
Impact
Delivered a scalable digital performance-support ecosystem replacing low-attendance webinars and improving process clarity across a distributed workforce.
