Strategic Context
The APAC sales team lacked a consistent approach, with each member using different strategies in the field. The client had developed a standardised sales framework and needed mobile-friendly microlearning that could be quickly accessed during downtime to reinforce skills on the go.
Impact
The content drove strong adoption and engagement, with the client becoming a platform advocate, promoting it across other internal teams. This success led to a new engagement, creating a prototype pitch for their legal team, extending the solution beyond the initial sales audience.

Impact
Applying the ADDIE framework, I partnered with the client to diagnose the learning needs and designed a prototype lesson based on existing face-to-face training decks. After validating the design and content structure through feedback, I led full-scale development—transforming static documents into engaging e-learning with scenario-based exercises, knowledge checks, and pre/post assessments to measure understanding and retention.
